Preparing for your tests
- Fasting means nothing but water for 10–12 hours. Every test on this site says whether it needs fasting.
- Ask your doctor before skipping any of your usual medicines.
- Urine samples: we give you a clean container. The first urine of the morning is best.
Home collection
Mon–Sat 6 am–12 noon and 1–7 pm · Sun 6–11 am. Within 8 km of Gomti Nagar: Gomti Nagar, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar Extension, Indira Nagar, Faizabad Road, Chinhat, Nishatganj, Mahanagar.
The fee is ₹100, free on orders of ₹999 or more and free for anyone 60 or over. Ask for a woman collector when you book, and Shabnam or Pooja will come whenever one of them is on shift.

Reports come on WhatsApp the moment Dr. Nusrat has signed them.
- Same-day tests: by 6 pm if collected by 12 noon, otherwise by 11 am the next day.
- Next-day tests (vitamins, iron): by 6 pm the next day.
- Urine culture: by 6 pm three days after collection.

Paying
Home collection: UPI or cash to the collector. At the lab: UPI, cash or card at the lab. Lab tests are exempt from GST, so prices have no GST added.
