What we collect, and why
Sample privacy notice for a demo site. This demo stores nothing outside your browser.

- What we collect when you book
- Your name and WhatsApp number; the patient's name, age and sex; the address; the tests booked; and an optional note for the collector.
- What the site never asks for
- Symptoms, medical history, medicines, prescriptions or results. If your doctor has written a test you can’t find, send the slip on WhatsApp instead.
- Why
- To collect your samples, to send your report, and, only if you choose it, one reminder to repeat your tests.
- Who sees it
- The lab team. Messages go through the lab's WhatsApp Business account.
- How reports are shared
- As a link that needs a one-time code sent to your number, never as a file in the chat.
- How long we keep records
- As long as the law requires labs to keep them.
- Stopping messages
- Reply STOP to any message.
- A copy, or deletion
- Ask at the desk or on WhatsApp for a copy of what we hold, or for it to be deleted where the law allows.
A real lab needs its own reviewed notice under India's data protection law: health details need extra care.
